REGISTRATION
All presenting authors must register for the conference and are eligible for the advance registration fee. July 18, 2025 is the deadline for all registrations as well as the last day to book hotel rooms at the conference rate. NCHCMM does not provide travel allowances or honorariums for presenting authors.

*Student registration is for persons currently enrolled full time in an undergraduate or graduate program who are actively pursuing a degree in public health or a related field. You will need to provide proof of current enrollment when registering.

Registration is by credit card only, registration fees must be paid at the time of registration.

Your payment will be made to the National Public Health Information Coalition (NPHIC). This transaction will appear on your statement as PAYPAL *NCHCMM NCHCMM ***Please note that you will receive two emails - a receipt from service@Paypal.com confirming payment to National Public Health Information Coalition (NPHIC), and a registration confirmation from NCHCMM Conference Committee.

Refunds are limited to registration fees paid. Refunds will be made in the manner they were paid. To qualify for a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee, written cancellation must be received by the National Conference on Health Communication, Marketing, and Media registration manager no later than Monday, June 23, 2025.
Cancellations received between June 23, 2025 and July 14, 2025 inclusive will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after July 15, 2025. Substitutions may be submitted at any time, but must be submitted to the registration manager in writing at registrations@nchcmm.org.
NCHCMM does not offer any scholarships or travel assistance.

No livestream sessions are planned at this time. If any livestream sessions are announced, information will be posted on the home page and available sessions will be marked on the event agenda.
Breakfast, lunch, or dinner are not provided as part of registration fees. Any reception with food is intended to be light hors d’oeuvres or desserts only and not a meal substitute. Morning beverage refreshment and afternoon snacks will also be provided.
