Delegation Accreditation
The U.S. Department of Commerce and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy are honored to co-host the G20 Innovation Ministerial and look forward to welcoming delegations for official meetings on 1-2 September 2026 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Tentative meeting schedule:
- 30 August 2026: Ministerial credential pick-up to begin
- 31 August 2026: Opening Night
- 1 September 2026: Ministerial Day 1 (Technology-Focused Ministers); Evening Programming
- 2 September 2026: Ministerial Day 2 (Business and Commerce-Focused Ministers); Evening Programming
General Information
Information you provide in this form will be used to provide credential, lodging, and event services for all delegation members. The initial submission must contain information for at least one Delegation Point of Contact (POC) and all known Ministers. The POC should be a member of the traveling delegation and will serve as the primary point of contact.
All members of each delegation should be registered and submitted under the same form. Delegations should not use separate forms to register participants individually.
You may return to this registration at any time during the submission period to add or edit any delegation member’s information. Please note important deadlines for information due by 17 July 2026 below and the final credential information deadline of 07 August 2026.
Once submitted, the form may be modified using the link in your confirmation email or by returning to the first screen of the form.
Each Innovation Ministerial delegation will receive the following credential package:
- One (1) Minister/Head of Delegation
(members sending two (2) ministers will receive an additional credential) - One (1) Delegation Point of Contact (POC)
- Four (4) Official Delegates
